Cancellation Policy

📌 Cancellation, Late & Deposit Policy To respect both my time and other clients, please review the following policies carefully before booking: • ⏰ Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the total service cost. • 🚫 No Call / No Shows are taken seriously. Failure to communicate or not showing up to your appointment will result in being blocked from future bookings, especially if no prior warning is given. • ⏳ 15-Minute Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will automatically be added to your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and the 50% fee. • 💰 Deposits: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required per service to secure your appointment. For repairs and soak offs, the required deposit is $10. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits must be sent via Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo at (559)480-6825
